- Experience: At least eight years, including three years specifically related to the PPP project lifecycle including identification, selection, preparation, appraisal, and other relevant stages.

3. Financial Specialist
- Number of Posts: 1
- Required Qualification: Bachelors or sixteen years of education (MA or MSc) in Economics, CA, ACCA, CFA, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum eight years, with at least three years of specific experience in the PPP project cycle.
