1. Assistant Directors (BPS-17)

  • Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Mechanical Engineers: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with three years of experience in hydropower O&M or construction. Age limit: 35 years, with 10 years of relaxation.
  • Commercial & Tariff, Finance/Accounts: Degrees in Finance, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA are required. Candidates with hands-on financial or tariff experience in power projects will be preferred.
  • HR/Admin/Training: BBA or MBA in HR or MPA required. Preference for candidates with recruitment, training, and performance management experience.
  • Web Administrator and Network Infrastructure: Master’s in Computer Science or IT. Practical experience in ASP.NET, PHP frameworks, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT systems will be favored.

2. Private Secretary (BPS-17)

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with five years’ relevant experience, one-year DIT, shorthand typing (100 wpm), and regular typing speed (40 wpm).

3. Accountant / Auditor (BPS-16)

Requires a degree in Commerce or BBA Finance with preference for candidates having relevant accounts, auditing, or budgeting experience.

4. Office Assistant (BPS-16)

Candidates must have a second-class BS degree and computer literacy with clerical or assistant-level experience.

5. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

A Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Sciences with knowledge in system operations, programming, cybersecurity, or ERP systems.

6. Foreman (BPS-16)

DAE in Electrical or Mechanical with at least five years’ experience in O&M of hydropower plants.

7. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

BS degree, shorthand speed of 80 wpm, typing 40 wpm, and a DIT certification required.

8. Sub Engineers (BPS-12)

Vacancies in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil with DAE and minimum of three years’ experience in hydropower stations or projects.

9. Machine/Turbine Operators (BPS-12)

DAE in Electrical or Mechanical along with three years of O&M experience in hydropower.

10. Senior Store Keeper (BPS-12)

DAE in Electrical or Mechanical with two years’ relevant experience.

11. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Bachelor’s degree and DIT required. Preference for those with clerical experience.

12. Pesh Imam (BPS-9)

Sanad from Wafaq-ul-Madaris. Hafiz-e-Quran preferred.

13. Welders, Turner Millers, and Crane Operators (BPS-9)

Certificates from vocational institutions with 4 to 5 years’ industrial experience required.

14. Store Keeper General (BPS-7)

Intermediate pass candidates with experience in storekeeping at power stations will be given preference.
